Canopy and wildlife adventure
A canopy outing may suit guests staying around Coco, Hermosa, Panamá or Papagayo. Confirm luggage handling, pickup, shower or changing options and airport transfer separately before booking.

Guanacaste checkout-day tours.
Use the hours between hotel checkout and a late Liberia flight for a carefully timed excursion—only after confirming luggage, transfers and the complete airport schedule.
Plan backward from the flight
Timing and luggage come first.
A checkout-day tour works only when every transfer, bag and contingency is accounted for. Give the specialist your exact flight details and ask for a written door-to-airport timeline.
ATV, wildlife or cultural tour
Ask the booking specialist to match the activity to your hotel, flight time and airport route. Choose only after the complete pickup-to-airport timeline is confirmed in writing.
Check current options ↗Beach-area or private excursion
A nearby private format can reduce shared pickups and help control the schedule. Confirm where luggage stays and build in a generous airport buffer.

Checkout-day tour FAQs
Useful answers before reserving.
Can I take a tour after checking out of my Guanacaste hotel?
Possibly, if the operator confirms the full schedule works. Share your hotel, exact flight time, airline, luggage quantity and preferred airport arrival time before paying. Compare the half-day tour guide.
Will the tour operator store my luggage?
Never assume luggage storage is available or secure. Ask who takes custody of each bag, where it remains during the activity and whether the vehicle can accommodate the group and luggage.
Can the tour drop us at Liberia Airport?
Some private arrangements may allow an airport drop-off, but this must be confirmed for the exact itinerary. Standard shared tours may return to the original pickup area instead. Travelers with time between flights can also consult the Liberia Airport layover guide.
How much time should I leave before the flight?
Follow your airline's airport-arrival guidance and add contingency time for traffic, weather, shared pickups, changing clothes and baggage handling. Do not book a tight connection. Use the less-driving guide and hotel-area planner to narrow the options.
